We operate in stealth through early stages, moving fast with small focused teams before opening to the market.

Solean Ventures, Inc. is the parent C-Corporation. Each product operates as a standalone LLC beneath it — separate cap tables, separate IP, shared infrastructure and governance.
We bring in domain experts and engineers as genuine co-founders with vested ownership. Accountability is built into the cap table from day one.

The founder
Christian Kahawalage is an IT Leader with 25 years of experience designing, building, and shipping software at scale. Based in Des Moines, Iowa, he has spent his career inside large enterprise environments — which is exactly where he learned what problems vertical software can solve that generic platforms never will.
Solean Ventures is the vehicle Christian built to take that experience out of the enterprise and into the market — starting with industries where deep domain knowledge meets underbuilt tooling: fitness coaching, agricultural land, algorithmic trading, sports analytics, and local services.
The holding company structure is intentional: each subsidiary gets focused co-founders, clean IP, and a cap table designed for accountability — while the parent company provides shared infrastructure, governance, and long-term strategic direction.
